He who had the power to create this earth and all of us out of nothing is surely in control of what happened in the past, what is happening in the present moment, and what will happen in the future. We can never begin to fathom His understanding of each of us and what goes on in this world and our lives and what each of us needs to become more like Him.

I’m so grateful God NEVER gets weary of taking care of and nurturing this earth and all of us in it. Often something deep inside of me insists that I have to “fix” things. But God patiently reminds me He is in control and it’s not in my human hands but in His Almighty Hands. What’s impossible in our hands is infinitely possible in His. GOD is GOD, and we are not!

God Whispers, “Rest, My Child”

Rest, My precious child,
Rest in the unforced rhythms
Of My amazing grace
Don’t be so hard on yourself
You don’t need to whip yourself
When you can’t change what’s happening
In the lives around you
It’s not in your hands
It is all in My Hands
The same Hands that created
This whole earth and you
My love conquers all
My grace is sufficient
My wisdom is fathomless
I infinitely understand
What each of your loved ones needs
What each hurting soul in this world needs
Trust in Me fully and freely
Trust I am with you
Every step of the way
Trust I am with all who need Me

That I AM GOD
That I have all things under control

By now you know how much nature soothes my soul and is one of the ways God uses to help me find rest in the weariness of life.
